Jobsite Location: McDonough, Ga.
The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our Branch Offices by providing essential communication, record-keeping, and administrative support. Succeeding in this role requires familiarity with various concepts, practices, and procedures in the world of HR, Staffing, and Recruiting.
This includes assisting Managers, Recruiters, Employees, and Job Candidates with various tasks related to onboarding, compliance, and payroll reporting. As well as impeccable handling of confidential and time-sensitive materials to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately, delivered promptly, and of high quality.
This position offers tremendous opportunities for growth. In some cases, you may also supervise and guide the work of others. Who will rely on your experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals. While exercising a significant degree of creativity and independence. This role reports directly to our Regional Director.
General duties include:
- Answering busy phones
- Greet and attend to incoming customers.
- Verifying and attaching applicant documentation
- Reviewing applications for completeness and accuracy
- Conducting Candidate Reference Checks
- Providing application assistance
- Updating candidate availability status
- Performing Background checks
- Requesting Employment Verifications

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of Receptionist or Front Desk experience
- A minimum of one year of Office Administrative experience
- Excellent typing, communication, and multitasking skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Proficiency in Excel is a plus
- Clean Background
- Drug-free workplace
- Computer literate
- A minimum of one year of Customer Service experience
- Some college preferred
