Position: CNC Programmer

Job Description:
- Create CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (Bobcad and Fusion360) based on customer blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Select the appropriate tools, fixtures, and machine parameters to produce precision parts.
- Set up and operate CNC machines to proof out programs.
- Monitor machine performance, adjust programs as necessary, and troubleshoot any problems that arise with the programs.
- Perform quality checks to ensure that parts meet customer requirements and specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of production runs, including materials used, time spent, and quantities produced.
- Collaborate with other team members, including engineers and machinists, to ensure that all parts are produced to the highest quality standards.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in programming and operating CNC machines.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming 3, 4, and 5-axis equipment, including G-code and CAM software.
- Experience with a variety of CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and grinders.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
