Position: Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4:30 PM
Jobsite Location: Miami Gardens, FL
The ideal candidate will act as an account manager, providing exceptional customer care and consistently exceeding expectations.
Customers from over 6,500 showrooms nationwide will contact you to place orders and verify inventory.
Key performance indicators and bonus structures are in place. And the position may transition to a hybrid or remote arrangement in the future.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to quickly learn new software and processes are essential. Requires handling 60-80 calls per day.
- Interact with customers by phone, addressing their needs and queries.
Job Requirements
Basic Requirements
- Experience in the supply chain or tile industry is preferred.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships is preferred.
- Technical proficiency
- Excellent English communication skills (bilingual is a plus, but not mandatory).
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Prior customer service experience beyond standard call center roles.
- Proficiency with software applications is essential.
- A strong employment history that demonstrates longevity is valued.
