Position: Electro-Mechanical Technician
Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Rate: $26 to $32 per hour (Depending on experience)
Schedule: Mon- Fri 6 am-2:30 pm (30 min lunch)
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have experience working with analog machines and a strong electrical and mechanical systems background.
This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our production equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on analog corrugated machinery.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Regular inspections and preventive maintenance are conducted to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and address equipment-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment as needed.
- Provide training and support to operators on proper machine usage and maintenance.

Basic Qualifications
- Must be mechanically inclined.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a technical degree or certification, is preferred.
- Proven experience as an electromechanical technician, preferably in the corrugated industry.
- Strong knowledge of analog machinery and electromechanical systems.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, if necessary.
- Must be able to use hand tools (box cutters, wrenches, screwdrivers, vice grips
- Must be able to reach a ruler/tape measure (Metric system knowledge is a plus).
- Any experience in paper or corrugated industry is also a plus
- Steel Toe Shoes are a must.
- Spanish speaking a plus
