Job Description
Position: Electro-Mechanical Technician
Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Covington
Pay Rate: $26 to $32 per hour (Depending on experience)
Schedule: Mon- Fri 6 am-2:30 pm (30 min lunch)
This role is essential for ensuring the efficiency and reliability of manufacturing production equipment.
Basic Duties & Responsibilities
Experienced working with analog machines and a strong background in both electrical and mechanical systems.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on analog corrugated machinery.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and address equipment-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the installation and set-up of new equipment as needed.
- Provide training and support to operators on proper machine usage and maintenance.

Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a technical degree or certification, is preferred.
- Proven experience as an electromechanical technician, preferably in the corrugated industry.
- Strong knowledge of analog machinery and electromechanical systems.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, blueprints and diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 100% mechanically inclined.
- Able to use hand tools (box cutters, wrenches, screwdrivers, vice grips).
- Able to read a ruler/tape measure (Metric system knowledge is a plus)

- Any experience in the paper or corrugated industry
- Spanish speaking
