Job Description
Position: Front Desk Administrative Assistant
Position Type: Full time
Pay rate: $15 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm
Jobsite Location: McDonough, GA
Basic duties and responsibilities:
- The first contact of all visitors.
- Answering phones
- Filing
- Data Entry
- Making sure that the day-to-day office tasks are done properly.
- Compile and send emails, memos, letters, and faxes as needed.
- Verbal & Written Communication.

Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or a certificate equivalent education.
- At least 1 year of related experience.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Clerical knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Attention to detail.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish speaking).
- Customer Service background.
- Active Listening.
- Comply with all Company policies and procedures and safety requirements.
- Clean Background
