Front Office Coordinator / Receptionist
Job Description
Position Summary
The Front Office Coordinator is the first point of contact for applicants, employees, clients, and visitors. This position supports the daily operations of the office, assists applicants with paperwork, and provides administrative support to recruiters.
Starting Salary $20.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet applicants, employees, clients, and visitors.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Respond to basic questions about job openings and applications.
- Assist applicants with applications and onboarding paperwork.
- Schedule interviews, orientations, drug tests, and background checks.
- Enter and update applicant and employee information.
- Monitor emails and voicemail messages.
- Contact candidates regarding appointments, documents, and assignment updates.
- Assist recruiters with interview confirmations and candidate follow-up.
- Maintain organized employee and applicant files.
- Prepare badges, assignment information, and employment documents.
- Handle mail, payroll documents, filing, scanning, and copying.
- Keep the reception and application areas clean and organized.
- Protect confidential employee and client information.
- Report attendance issues, complaints, or concerns to the recruiter or manager.
- Complete other office duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous reception, customer service, or office experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Basic computer and data-entry skills.
- Able to handle confidential information.
- Bilingual English and Spanish required.
