Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Location: Orlando, FL

Global Manufacturing leader needs a well-versed Human Resources Generalist with a strong focus on talent development, retention, and enhancing the employee experience through engagement. You’ll work primarily in an office setting but regularly support employees in a production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work with front-line leaders, hiring managers, and employees
  • Staffing & recruiting
  • Manage worker engagement, performance, orientations & on-boarding
  • Benefits and payroll (Review Bi-weekly payroll)
  • Conduct performance reviews, disciplinary actions, terminations, and investigations
  • Attend job fairs, and post vacant positions
  • Conduct background checks and verifications
  • Complete and maintain I-9 files
  • Maintain applicant tracking system for timely on-boarding
  • Manage mass communication tools to keep employees informed
  • Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures
  • Liaise between employees and benefits groups
    (medical/dental/vision, 410 (K), wellness programs, workers' comp.)
  • Provide a strong HR presence to employees in work areas for real-time employee engagement and problem-solving
  • Maintain compliance with Federal, State, and Local employment laws and regulations
  • Recommended best practices; policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Maintain employee data in company HRIS and other databases as needed

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of human resources experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Experience working with HRIS and ATS systems like ICIMS, ADP
  • Attention to details
  • Strong creative, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional written, and verbal communication skills
