Jr. Recruiter
Job Description
We have an immediate opening in our Miami Lakes branch for a Jr. Recruiter. Great opportunity for growth for qualified individuals.
Primary purpose
- To assist the Account Manager at every level of the recruiting process
- Independent Sourcing of candidates for open positions
- Pre-screening candidates to present to the account manager
- Setting up candidates to apply online and maintaining a continuous pipeline of candidates
- Assist with compliance
- Review and sort incoming resumes
- Learn the job and our system
- Promotion to Account Manager upon completion of one year
Additional responsibilities include:
- On-time customer service
- Generating reports as required, and maintaining client information up to date.
- Maintaining consistent and open lines of communication with all candidates
- Attending job fairs, and business networking functions.
- Working closely with branch staff and managers
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of industry-related experience
- Computer Literacy
- Strong Multi-tasking abilities
- Attention to detail, organization, and exceptional judgment & reasoning skills
- Self-motivated & reliable
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
- Drug-Free Workplace
- Clean Background
Education:
- High School Diploma, some college preferred.
