Who will get this job?
      An experienced machinist to operate both manual and CNC machines for producing precision components. The position requires a strong mechanical aptitude, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to accurately interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience in mentoring junior machinists is a plus. Overtime is available during peak production periods and is encouraged when necessary.

Basic Responsibilities

• Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feed rates for various machining operations.
• Inspect finished components to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and uphold quality standards.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

• Basic Qualifications

  • Inspect finished components to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards.
  • Must be fluent in English (English & Spanish preferred).
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of Manual & CNC operating experience
  • Clean criminal background.
