Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM
Position Overview
As a Receiving Clerk/Delivery Driver, you help keep our warehouse running smoothly and ensure customers receive their deliveries on time. Your main tasks include checking incoming shipments, keeping the warehouse safe and tidy, and delivering materials to job sites. We want someone who cares about safety, pays attention to details, provides great customer service, and enjoys working with others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving & Warehouse Operations
- Unload and inspect inbound freight for accuracy, damage, or shortages.
- Deliver materials to designated departments for secondary processing.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving lane and warehouse.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment as trained.
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
- Delivery & Vehicle Operation
- Safely operate company vehicles (up to 26’ trucks), including flatbeds and cube vans.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and roadworthiness.
- Deliver materials to job sites on time; unload, verify, and stage deliveries according to customer instructions.
- Inspect and secure loads prior to departure.
- Provide courteous, professional customer service at delivery locations.
- Safety & Compliance
- Adherent to all driving regulations and company safety policies.
- Use proper lifting techniques and wear required PPE (steel-toe boots required).
- Maintain a safe working environment in both warehouse and delivery settings.
- Attend and participate in all required safety and operational training courses.
- Samsara cameras are utilized in company vehicles.
- Communication & Team Support
- Communicate effectively with warehouse, distribution, and management teams.
- Report operational challenges and suggest improvements.
- Assist other departments as directed to support operational goals.
- Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Sit-down Forklift certification.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Clean criminal record.
- Drug-free Workplace
Physical Requirements
- Frequent driving and equipment operation for extended periods.
- Frequent pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying materials up to 100 lbs.; occasionally more with team assistance.
- Use of hands and arms for grasping, manipulation, and equipment control.
- Moving loaded carts over different surfaces and distances.
