Responsible for correctly and safely pulling components per work orders and staging them once completed.

  • Performs operational and safety check to ensure equipment is safe to operate. This safety check includes checking the battery, brakes, horn, lift controls and any other devices needed to operate the lift properly. Completes necessary forms to operate equipment and obtains supervisory approval and signature before equipment is operated. If equipment’s safety features are not working properly, the Material Handler will contact the Facilities Service Coordinator for immediate repair or remove forklift from operation until equipment is In working order
  • Maintains area assigned to each Material Handler in a clean and organized manner
  • Reviews work order provided by Line Leader or Scheduler and follows instructions
  • Consolidates open boxes and locations when possible
  • Uses FIFO (first in/first out) system – the older inventory is used first
  • Ensures that all boxes/bags have location prior to delivering material to PRO
  • Loads/unloads materials to/from pallets, racks and shelves by hand
  • Utilizes computerized/automated inventory tracking systems to accomplish tasks or reporting inventory transactions
  • Complies with all general safety and forklift operator safety guidelines administered by OSHA
  • Returns forklift daily to charging station for overnight charge
  • Understands and follows both verbal and written directions
  • Complies with all general safety policies and procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Basic Math Skills
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and hand trucks
  • Must satisfactorily pass in-company forklift driver training and, demonstrate in a “road test” safe handling of a forklift truck based on training
  • High degree of attention required to prevent injuries to self and others

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift up to 70 lbs of weight, and 100 lbs with help
  • Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
  • Able to be elevated at heights of up to a maximum of 30 feet on the forklift
  • Able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs to be able to lift, balance, walk, stoop and handling of materials in general

Domenick Cama

Domenick Cama was born and raised in south Florida. He graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Ft. Lauderdale, and has earned degrees from Amherst College, in Massachusetts, and Florida Coastal School of Law, in Jacksonville, Florida. After growing up around the family business, Domenick officially joined Future Force in 2006, after graduating from Amherst College. While at Amherst, Domenick majored in Political Science, and was a four-year student-athlete as a member of the football team. After joining Future Force, Domenick served as VP of Sales and Operations before obtaining his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law.

Since earning his J.D., Domenick has returned to Future Force and currently serves as Executive Vice President. Domenick believes that personalized, superior customer service sets Future Force apart from their competitors. “With unemployment at its lowest point in almost 50 years, and everyone pulling talent from the same labor pool, it is our vetting process and personal relationships with clients that distinguish us from other agencies.” Looking towards the future, Domenick plans on using his legal background to help develop Future Force’s presence in the legal staffing field.
