Position: Press Operator (Third Shift)
Position Type: Full-time
Pay rate: $20.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 PM to 6 AM
Jobsite Location: Orlando
Job Summary
Machine Operators are responsible for operating factory machinery. They ensure they run smoothly, work at capacity without issues, and are appropriately maintained.
Your job is to assist the Machine Operators to:
- Adjust, calibrate, and test equipment at the beginning of every shift to ensure proper operation.
- Make repairs when necessary, and replace defective, broken, or worn-out components.
- Use cleaning solutions, grease guns, oil cans, air hoses, and cleaning cloths to clean and maintain equipment.
- Ensure machines are always operating at peak efficiency.
- Examine, weigh, and measure final products during each run to ensure the machines are producing according to product specifications and adjust as needed.
- Work with team members, shift supervisors, and all necessary personnel to resolve complications as they arise.

Job Requirements
Basic requirements
- At least one year of experience in a manufacturing production environment
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Able to read measurements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish
- Clean Background
- Drug-free workplace
- Flexible to work overtime & weekends
